What have I learned over the course of a term?

Hello to everyone again!

We have come to the end of a term. I am sadly writing my last post on this blog. Our last assignment is to interpret our learning process over a period. Before taking this course, I had no idea about technology integration in English language teaching. I didn't know they offered such an opportunity to teacher candidates in English teaching. We have also discussed important topics in each of our courses and learned to apply them. This course has made a great contribution to me in the use of technology. I learned to use many new sites and I felt more intertwined with technology than I've ever felt especially in digital storytelling. I think this course improves my technology-using skills. If it wasn't for this lesson, I wouldn't exactly describe myself as a twenty-first-century teacher. It's really impressive that ELT and technology integration ensures that teachers have their own unique resources. Although it's a little challenging compared to the others I like best among the assignments given, it's digital storytelling. There are a lot of site options to prepare a digital story. Most of them were interesting. I can use them when I am a teacher. Honestly, my least favorite assignment was making a podcast. Actually, the homework was fine, but I had a hard time. In my opinion, this course should not stay in a single semester. Prospective teachers need more of this course.

And, I think to improve this course, different assignments, such as game creation, can be added.
